You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

• Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please contact our support team before returning your item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
